1. Beausol Gardens will provide a package of produce each week of the CSA season. The main CSA season runs from about the beginning of May through the end of September. The Winter CSA season runs from about mid-October to the end of the year, skipping holiday weeks. The assortment and quantity of produce will vary throughout the season. Weekly share content is determined by availability. Beausol Gardens will fill weekly shares with appropriate amounts and varieties at our discretion. While every effort will be made to fill the shares, due to the very nature of farming, no guarantee can be made as to content. You are indeed purchasing a "share" of the farm.
  2. Payment in full at time of registration is requested. A subscriber may elect to pay a deposit of one half of total due at registration with the balance due before first delivery.
  3. While not currently certified organic, all food crops and flowers are grown according to NOP standards. However, we recommend that subscribers DO NOT EAT the flowers and that produce be washed before eating.
  4. Subscribers are responsible for picking up their shares each week at one of the designated pickup points. If they will be away or unable to pick up their share, subscribers are encouraged to find friends or family to pick up their share. If the shares are not picked up, the contents may be donated to a local food bank or divided among other CSA members.
  5. Subscribers may visit the farm other than for share pick-up, with the understanding that their visit will not interrupt work in progress. Children are welcome, provided they are supervised and not left unattended.
  6. In order to maintain our high standards and improve our CSA program, Beausol Gardens eagerly invites and encourages comments and feedback about the quality, quantity, selection of varieties or any other aspect of our product or program.
  7. While work is not required to participate in the Beausol Gardens CSA, Subscribers are encouraged to "get their hands dirty," if they wish to assist with farm chores, please make arrangements at least one week ahead. Children must be closely supervised by their parents or guardians.
  8. Beausol Gardens will provide a weekly "newsletter" via email with farm news and share content prior to delivery.
